The video demonstrates the high rotating speed of the motor which is fully synchronous to the input clock pulses.
If the clock speed is too high, the motor isn't able to follow the rotating magnetic field anymore. In this case, it slows down abruptly with no chance to re-sync again. This would require a circuit with feedback.
